This digital art print features a hand-drawn design by Natalie, based on the original painting of the same name. 

This phrase is a motto I coined in therapy. As I started to recognize and try to break some knee-jerk patterns in my behavior, I learned that trying the total opposite approach often wasn’t right, either. I usually needed to find a “third” more gentle, measured, and uncomfortable way to move through a moment — and if I could thread that needle of choosing an action or response in "the third way," something magical was possible on the other side.

This smaller piece makes an impact in its uniquely wavy, scalloped frame. Divided into three distinct sections by color, the images explore the concept of options of reactions. One can charge like a horse, stay peaceful and wave in the wind, or find the magic of a third way to find their own wavy rhythym.
